Leaders assembled in a Dubai discussion hosted last night by the British Business Group (BBG), unanimously decreed that the biggest problem facing employers in the UAE is finding and retaining good senior managers.This is a finding that may well relate to other sectors, especially education, where the UAE is still highly dependent upon expatriate teachers and lecturers.
