Emirati Hospitality with Camel Meat Washed Down With Buttermilk

Alan Pollard, of the British Computer Society (BCS), was extended hospitality on an official visit to the Emirates.

In a recent blog posting he writes about the traditional coffee ceremony, the taste and texture of camel meat on rice, sweetmeats, dates and buttermilk.

Pollard also writes of Emirati table etiquette.
