Global Crisis May Slow Down UAE Economy

A New York Times article (4 October 2008) indicates that people in Dubai are worried that the global crisis will affect the Emirates. The essay previews some of the possible influences with observers saying that even if there is a slowdown or a halt to the big projects they are positive about these changes.
